Teh Dark
Info
Teh Dark is a Linkinus Style including Embedded Images and Image Zooming. Also includes a modified version of FancyZoom to acomplish the image zooming. Teh Dark also features support for unique nickname coloring. This is a darker style, and has only been tested to work in Linkinus 1.3
Instructions
Installation
Unzip the style file and place it in ~/Library/Application Support/Linkinus/Styles/.
Use
To Apply the style, simply go to Preferences in Linkinus and Apply the style you downloaded.
You can hold shift while clicking an image for a slow zoom. Pointless, but cool.
To open an image in the default web browser, hold command (apple) while clicking the image. The image will open in the browser and won't zoom.
Known Bugs
- The style will attempt to embed an image if the url linked has an image extension, however, the image will show up as a ? in this case. Just open it in a browser to see it by command-clicking the question mark.
- The first time you click on an image after the style has been loaded (only if the image is the latest message), the image will scale to 0px by 0px. Simply click on the image again to have it zoom up properly
- Occasionally, images will use the dimensions of a previous image clicked on. Happens a lot when zooming a lot of images consecutively. Simply zoom out and zoom in again.
- When a channel is displaying a lot of lines (over 1000), image zooming may use a high percentage of the processor. However, this is only the case during the zoom animation. I can give you instructions on how to disable the animation if you contact me and you are on a slower computer.
- Unique nickname coloring is not supported on highlighted messages. This is due to Linkinus itself.
